Meentasks, operated by Meenda Agency

Draft — prepared 11 September 2026. Prepared for review before store submission.

Who operates the app

Meentasks is an internal work application operated by Meenda Agency for authorized team members and collaborators. Downloading the app does not grant access to the workspace. An administrator manages team access.

Information used in Meentasks

The service processes account identifiers, names, usernames, passwords for authentication, roles and permissions; profile information you provide, such as contact details, job title, department, city, birthday, profile image and social links; tasks, assignments, deadlines, approvals and work activity; department and direct messages; and files, images, links and other content you choose to upload. Work records can also contain information about creators, clients and business contacts.

The mobile app sends requests to the existing Meentasks service. Hosting and storage providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. Meentasks uses Vercel hosting and Vercel Blob for uploaded files.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce permissions, coordinate work, deliver messages and files, manage approvals, support users, and investigate errors or misuse. Provide only information needed for authorized work and ensure you have permission to share third-party information.

Who can access information

Work information is available to authorized colleagues according to their permissions. Administrators can manage accounts and oversee work activity. The existing web service includes administrator access to direct-message conversations; direct messages should not be treated as private from the organization.

Service providers process information needed to host and operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect users. Files currently use public-link storage: anyone who obtains a file URL may be able to access it. Do not upload passwords, identity documents or other restricted information through these links.

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Meentasks requests permission (via Google's own consent screen) to create, update and delete calendar events on your behalf, limited to events it creates for your reminders and the filming sessions you book. Meentasks does not read, modify or delete any other event on your calendar, and does not share this data with any third party or use it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which stops any further access; disconnecting does not delete events already created on your calendar. Meentasks' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Device access and local storage

The app lets you choose files through your device’s file picker and opens external links when you request it. Its separate offline workspace stores records and files on your device and lets you export them using device sharing controls. The app stores your sign-in session in your device’s secure storage so you stay signed in between app launches. Your password is not stored. Logging out removes the saved session. Signing out does not erase server records, exported files, or the separate offline workspace. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.

Retention, corrections and deletion

Contact Meenda Agency’s workspace administrator to request access, correction, account closure or deletion of personal information. Administrative account removal does not necessarily erase messages, uploaded files or shared business records. The organization must assess those records separately, including any applicable legal obligations. Email dev@meenda.com to request deletion or ask which retention requirements apply to your records.

Security and international processing

Connections to the connected service use HTTPS. Access permissions help restrict workspace use, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting or service providers may process information outside your country. The final policy must identify any applicable transfer arrangements after provider settings are confirmed.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy. Contact Meenda Agency at dev@meenda.com for privacy, account deletion and support requests. Include your account username and the nature of your request; do not send your password.

Account activity includes recorded login and action timestamps and daily check-in history. Authorized account managers can see check-in totals and missed check-in windows. These records start when tracking is introduced; earlier activity is not reconstructed.
