Meentasks is operated by Meenda Agency for internal work by authorized team members and collaborators. App-store availability does not create a public account or a right to access the organization’s workspace. Use the app only within the permissions and work responsibilities assigned to you.
Protect your credentials, use your own account, keep necessary profile information accurate, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your workspace administrator. Do not share credentials or bypass access controls. Meenda Agency may change or revoke access when your role changes, your engagement ends, or misuse is suspected.
Use tasks, chat, approvals and file sharing for authorized work. Do not harass others, upload unlawful or infringing content, introduce malicious files, impersonate another person, or access information outside your authorization. Share personal information and third-party materials only when you have permission and a work-related need.
You retain any rights you already hold in content you submit. You authorize Meenda Agency and its service providers to store, display and process that content as necessary to operate the workspace and support authorized business activity. Ownership of work product remains governed by applicable law and your separate employment, contractor or client agreements. Approval actions record your work decision; check the deliverable before approving it.
Follow the organization’s confidentiality requirements. Authorized administrators can oversee workspace activity, including direct messages through the existing web service. Uploaded file links may be accessible to anyone holding the URL; do not use them for restricted information. See the Privacy Policy for further details.
Features may change, and maintenance or errors may interrupt availability. Report incorrect records or failed actions to your administrator. External websites and files are subject to their providers’ terms. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stop using the workspace if your authorization ends. Contact your administrator for account closure, correction or deletion requests. Ending access does not automatically delete shared records or alter obligations under separate agreements.
Meenda Agency may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified in the updated terms. Contact Meenda Agency at dev@meenda.com with questions, account requests or misuse reports. Do not send your password.
